Veterans Day Concert
& Reception

We are so excited to celebrate Veterans Day with you in person on November 10, 2021! With COVID still very much a concern for our staff, residents, guests, and vendors we need everyone’s help.

As a reminder, the event will host a maximum of 150 guests and will feature food, wine, and music. We hope you enjoy the evening.

Parking & Transportation

As luck would have it, November 10th is a Warriors Game night and our adjacent parking lot is used for games. We strongly encourage all guests to take public transportation, taxis, or Lyft/Uber.

If you do not arrange for pre-paid parking with the REEF app, parking will be between $50-75. Please be sure to pre-pay for parking 24 hours in advance. The cost will be $12 to park in LOT C located on Mission Rock. It is first-come, first-served.

The Mission Rock (3rd and Mission Rock St) muni stop is steps from the building. Lines available: KT (Light rail), 91 (Bus)
Attire

We encourage guest to bring a mask and use at their discretion. A tent and heaters will be present; however, this is an outdoor event. Please dress accordingly. We encourage comfort over style this year!

Food & Drink

We will offer generous passed appetizers throughout the reception, keeping COVID safety in mind for all food presentation.  Gluten free and vegetarian options will be served.

Wine is generously provided by 37 Wines, along with a selection of beer and non-alcoholic beverages. We will also feature two signature cocktails.  

Program

The evening will feature a brief concert featuring music from violinist Master Gunnery Sgt. Peter Wilson, USMC, Ret., and pianist and California National Guard veteran Paul Schrage. MGySgt. Wilson joined "The President's Own” United States Marine Chamber Orchestra in 1990 and recently retired after 30 years of honorable and dedicated service to our country. Mr. Schrage is Music Director of Symphonia Caritas and the Midsummer Mozart Festival. During his time in the National Guard he was activated twice and served 3 years on active duty.
