We advocate for Bay Area veterans in their VA benefits claims and discharge upgrades. Our attorneys provide one-time assistance and on-going representation to veterans.
We assist with discharge upgrades, VA benefits eligibility, service-connection claims, pension applications, and VA overpayment issues. All former service members residing in the specified locations below are eligible for a free one-time consultation with our attorneys, regardless of era or length of service.

Please note that due to capacity changes, at times we may need to prioritize more vulnerable veterans including those who are unhoused, lower income, and who experience a mental health condition. We do not assist with GI Bill or Vocational Rehab (VR&E) benefits.
