Clare O’Toole, Clinical Director, Non-Residential Programs: Clare is a Licensed Clinical Therapist with more than 15 years of experience utilizing counseling skills in support of clients and their families during difficult situations, increasing clients’ emotional intelligence to maximize their full potential, and providing professional development training to increase employee success in the workplace. Clare joined Swords in early 2020, coordinating clinical supportive services for our supportive housing residents. In December 2021, she was promoted to her current role as Clinical Director. Clare received her master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Carlow University.
