Veterans Sought for Careers in the Biotech Industry

Swords to Plowshares is partnering with Genentech and Genomic Health to lead a veterans-only recruitment program for entry level lab technician positions. Qualified applicants will be hired as Lab Service Technicians, Media Prep Technicians, Specimen Materials Handlers, or Sample Accession Technician I with starting salaries at $19-21/hr.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Clean driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interest in a career in biotech, experience a plus but not necessary

Candidates must pass a background check and may be subject to other employer-specific requirements.
