Mink Lincoln leads the People & Culture Department which integrates the work of our Human Resources and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion teams. Mink has been instrumental in moving the organization forward in its new vision for integration between DEI and the policies and practices that guide Swords to Plowshares and reflect our values. Mink is a thought leader and collaborator to the CEO and Senior Management team. She supports the well-being and equitable treatment of all veterans and staff using the principles of cultural humility. She has been working at Swords to Plowshares since September 2008. She is licensed as a Certified Diversity Professional and a Certified Mediator and works closely to assist in the design and delivery of learning experiences on inclusive leadership practices and race equity in the organization.
