Chris currently serves as Vice President of Community Relations for Wells Fargo, working with community-based organizations, local leaders, and Wells Fargo employees to address community needs through grant making and volunteerism. Chris also maintains a role with the U.S. Army Reserve. He leads a unit of elite trainers, known as Drill Sergeants, as the unit’s Senior Enlisted Advisor (First Sergeant). Chris’ Army career spans over 17 years between Active-Duty and Reserve service and includes two deployments to Iraq in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Inherent Resolve (2007-2009, 2010-2011). Chris is a former client and employee of Swords to Plowshares where he served in various roles within the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program and the Jobs for Vets team. Chris also serves as an Advisory Board member for Improve Your Tomorrow and is on the Board of Directors for White Pony Express and US Army Drill Sergeant Association.
