Janae Thomas oversees our Employment and Training program for both our San Francisco and Oakland Service Centers, which provide training and job placement assistance to veterans.
Janae joined Swords to Plowshares in June 2018 with a combined 20 years of employment and direct client services experience. She brings experience in designing and implementing effective methods to enhance operations and create innovative practices to serve primarily underserved and hard-to-place populations. Throughout her career she has developed programs, improved performance, and cultivated community and business partnerships to serve clients.
