Monique Crossley brings over 15 years of expertise in tax credit property management to her role. After joining Swords to Plowshares in 2010 as Resident Manager, she transitioned to the property management team. Since then, Monique has steadily advanced to her current position as the Assistant Director of Property Management. Her extensive experience includes property inspections for safety and quality, oversight of rent collection, management of tenant relations, risk management and sustainability strategy, and successful implementation of property management software. Monique holds several professional certifications from the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM), including Certified Manager of Housing (2022), Certified Financial Specialist (2022), and Tax Credit Specialist Advanced (2016).
