The Lead Program Monitor is a full-time non-exempt position under the direction of the Property Manager. The Lead Program Monitor is responsible for oversight of the Program Monitors at Swords to Plowshares’ permanent supportive housing located at the Stanford Hotel in San Francisco, CA. Duties of this position include supervision of program monitors, conducting and participating in monitor meetings and trainings, ensuring accuracy of reporting, including but not limited to incident reports and shift reports. The Lead Program Monitor is responsible for maintaining the 86 List and making sure the program monitors are knowledgeable of the Community Rules and apply as needed. The Lead Program Monitor maintains the schedule for the program monitors and works with the on-call list and vendors to fill vacant shifts. The Lead Program Monitor understands they may be called to fill shifts if they are unable to fill the shift with Swords to Plowshares employees or qualified vendors.
