Swords to Plowshares offers transitional housing programs that provide rehabilitation and counseling to homeless veterans. We also offer specialized programming to meet the specific needs of homeless frail elderly, chronically homeless and seriously mentally ill veterans. All residents receive regular meals and participate in Intensive group and individual counseling and community engagement activities.
