Green Jobs Program Graduate
At Swords to Plowshares, veterans work one-on-one with job counselors to address their individual needs, overcome obstacles to employment, and determine a long-term career plan.
We developed “Career Pathways,” a nationally acclaimed vocational training model, to create meaningful job opportunities for all veterans. The Career Pathways program trains military veterans for jobs in high-growth, high-wage industries, such as clean energy, green marketing, transportation and healthcare.
