Swords to Plowshares invites you to a Veterans Day Open House

Swords to Plowshares and Chinatown Community Development Center are excited for the upcoming opening of San Francisco’s newest permanent supportive housing facility for 75 chronically homeless veterans with disabilities, Veterans Commons.

Swords to Plowshares will be hosting an informational open house for veterans, service providers, supporters and neighbors to learn more about this new supportive housing community for veterans. We will give tours of the facility, be available to answer questions and provide light refreshments.
